Unlike your ordinary red laser sights that attach to handguns exterior, LaserMax GEN4 LMS-1161-G4 Glock 26, 27 Laser Sight sits inside your firearm's recoil spring – replacing the spring guide and plug. The on and off switch replaces the slide stop lever. That means that the laser sight is an integrated part of your pistol that will not be affected by drops or bumps. It also ensures absolute alignment with the bore of your pistol for consistent point-of-aim. A pulsating laser beam of your Glock 26, 27 laser sight gives effortless awareness of muzzle direction. Lasermax GEN4 Internal Guide Rod red laser sights come permanently aligned from the factory for center-of-mass accuracy at 20 yards. Your pistol laser sight will never drift out of alignment. There is also no need to re-zero after changing batteries. As close to the bore of the GLOCK as possible, positioning allows for the closest and most consistent relationship between your point of aim and point of impact over all shooting distances. Lasermax Glock Laser sight can be used outdoors from dusk till dawn, or indoors round-the-clock. Lasermax Glock 26 laser sight is extremely rugged and meets or exceeds both Mil-Spec and Homeland Security durability test standards (drop tests, blowing sand, temperature and humidity extremes, salt water fog, deep water immersion, 20,000+ rounds live fire). Constructed of high-strength aircraft aluminum with a weather-resistant, sealed BK-7 window glass projection port, it projects a pulsing red-orange 5mW, 635 nM laser beam onto the target. This delivers fast target acquisition and increased accuracy, particularly in low-light conditions and close quarter combat situations. Installation is easy using the included instructions. Because the laser is internal, your firearm can be carried and drawn from its usual gun holster without any modifications. It also frees up the accessory rail on pistols equipped with one so that a separate tactical flashlight or aftermarket handgun accessory can still be mounted.
