Shipping:
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders that are $99 and higher. Orders that are below $99 will be charged a flat UPS Ground Shipping fee of $9.99. Expedited shipping options are always available and can be selected at the checkout screen with the appropriate shipping cost.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to defects or workmanship issues, we will gladly arrange a return for you. Please contact us at Returns@Red-Dot-Scopes.com to arrange the return of the item. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us, this includes scopes that have been mounted.
Restocking:
Red-Dot-Scopes.com does not charge a restocking fee for the returns of defective items that are returned within 30 days. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of products that are not defective or damaged. This policy is in place to combat the constant use of our low prices and sizable inventory as a virtual showroom by customers who have no intentions of buying. Please make sure that you know what you are buying. If you have any questions: email us or call us and we will be happy to clarify everything. Red-Dot-Scopes.com also reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for exchanges and returns that do not adhere to our return and exchange instructions or for items of value in excess of $1,000. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the manufacturer must be contacted directly for a replacement.
Sales Tax
Red-Dot-Scopes.com is based out of the State of Illinois, thus by law we are required to charge state sales tax for all orders that are shipped to IL addresses. The sales tax for all purchases shipped to IL addresses is currently at 9.75% which would be assessed at checkout. We don't like it anymore than you do, but the law is the law.
